My FIRST IMPRESSION in most cases goes wrong.I always end up erring when it comes to assesing people or places or things at the very first shot.I can write volumes to justify the same.Well giving just a few interesting illustrations here I go.....
First time when I entered Infosys Mysore (with my broken collar bone ;) ) leaving aside the glory and grandure of the campus,I felt damn lost and insecure that I literally felt like running away from there. To be frank enough ,the only reason behind staying back was because I badly wanted to prove that a minor fracture cant snatch my first job away. But as time passed by, I so badly fell in love with the campus that I still keep praising the campus like crazy as though I built it myself.(May be you can ask people around me as to how much I torture them by playing a repeat telecast of good old Infy stories over and again ;) ).Hence proving my FIRST IMPRESSION wrong.
Yet another experience from Mysore again:I have to mention about this guy in our class @Mysore training centre.I dint quite like him in the beginning.A total spoilt brat is what I felt on meeting him in the beginning(Not only me, most of us felt so ).But today he is one of those great pals I made @ Mysore and here I must say that, all of us are fans of his happy go lucky nature.Yet again defeating so called FIRST IMPRESSION. (Sorry Anirudh cant resist mentioning your name ;) ).
After drilling enough about Mysore and Infy....MUSIC:Today I feel incomplete without music and I keep telling "I wish I could make it my profession".Looking back......Its hard for me myself to believe that once upon a time I used to go to music classes only because of parents' force. Had I been given a chance to delete the chapter called music in my life @ that point of time , needless to say I would have been the looser. May be there are lot of things which take TIME to fall in place.May be something beyond FIRST IMPRESSION.
Its not about music or one particular person....Atleast with me most of the times ,what I percieve in the beginning has turned out to be mere mirage.Just an illusion which will be clear only as you go nearer. Its like deciding whether you like a choclate or not just by seeing the wrapper. So take a call if you just wanna get carried away by the outer cover or give a shot by atleast seein how the choclate looks like (having a bite of it comes next though ).!!!!!
PS:@Anirudh:Though we know you are happy go lucky...we still believe you are a spoilt brat ;) (Kidding)
PS: As mentioned in my previous blog I had to post some spicy stories .They are on their way ..kindly bear with me for the delay ( As mmy parents also follow my blog, posts need to be sensored ;) )
Trying to make the best impression though not at first ....
